Custom Training Plans
Our custom training plan service is perfect for runners who want better results than they can get from a cookie-cutter plan but aren’t ready for full one-one one coaching. For just $15 per week, you get a plan built from scratch—just for you—by Coach Matt Fitzgerald. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Use button below to email Matt using “Custom Training Plan Request” as the subject line.
Step 2: Matt will send you a link to a questionnaire designed to gather all the information needed to build your plan.
Step 3: Matt will build your plan on your platform of choice: TrainingPeaks or Final Surge.
Step 4: When the plan is complete, Matt will share the plan and send you an overview document containing helpful information about the plan as well as an invoice.
Step 5: Our custom training plan service does not include ongoing monitoring of, or adjustments to, training, but you will have one opportunity to request changes when the plan is delivered.
